Here are some of the techniques I am trained to offer:

• SWEDISH

• CRANIO-SACRAL

A method focusing on the head and spine, using light touch to release restrictions throughout your body.  This deeply relaxing method is effective in treating migraines, TMJ and stress in the central nervous system.

• DEEP TISSUE

An approach to reach the deep layers of muscle tissue, increasing range of motion, reduce pain and loosen scar tissue.  Escape while someone else stretches your muscles!

• HOT STONE THERAPY

This technique uses special, hand selected heated stones positioned strategically on the body.  The warmth of the stones aid the mind-body-spirit connection leaving you relaxed and rested.

• JAPANESE REIKI

Reiki transmits universal energy by placing the hands gently in specific positions on the body.  It is designed to relieve pain, restore vitality and balance, and aid in spiritual growth.

• NEURO-HUMORAL

Using friction/vibration to break the stress-tension-pain cycle.  It aims to stimulate muscles, increasing circulation, returning neuromuscular integrity and balance.  Perfect for sports massage, or for people with neurological disorders.

• INFANT MASSAGE

Incorporating nurturing touch, massage, and cranio-sacral therapy in a loving, fun, interaction that encourages infant health and well being.

• COUPLES INSTRUCTIONAL MASSAGE

Experienced one at a time in the same room.  With my guidence, sessions involve a lot of experimentation and interactions will be different with each couple.  This must be experienced to be appreciated!

• PREGNANCY MASSAGE

During this most special time, your body goes through dramatic changes.  Massage can make the journey much more enjoyable, relaxing and comforting....allowing you to focus on the child within.
